KLA veterans in Skopje called for immediate release of Blerim Ramadani

In today's protest against the arrest of Blerim Ramadani, Mevludin Bajrami, the war veteran has condemned the arrest of former KLA soldier Blerim Ramadani, and his sending him to extradition custody by Northern Macedonia police and local courts, naming this act unacceptable.

The arrest of former KLA soldier Blerim Ramadani and sending extradition officers from northern Macedonia to custody and local court is unacceptable. We veterans and co-wars of Blerim Ramadani seek immediate release, the withdrawal of the Vuciqi regime warrant, and the failure to repeat the assessment of police, judicial authorities under the Vuciqi and Serbia dictatorship under the KLA” dictatorship, Bajrami said.

Bajrami stressed that this act, 25 years after the fair fight of Albanians for freedom and equality, is unacceptable and called for the immediate release of Ramadan

“Blerim Ramadani has assigned the 30-day detention measure to the Constitutional Court's decision in Skopje. Blerim Ramadani has been detained on July 17th 2024 at the Jazhinca border crossing based on a warrant issued by the Belgrade court through interpol Serbia, this act 25 years after the Albanians' fair fight for freedom and equality, democracy and independence is unacceptable and we seek his immediate release without delay and his return to his family. Every day late is the tender for the humiliation and insult of our fair war, and this logic and activity will not be tolerated”, Bajrami said.
