U.S. Judge in Florida rejects classified documents against Trump

A judge in Florida has dismissed the criminal case regarding classified documents found on Donald Trump's property in Mar-a-Lago.

As reported Sky NewsTrump was accused of illegal possession of classified documents.

This represents another big legal victory, as the republic requires a return to the White House.

Aileen Canon, headquartered in Florida who was appointed by Trump, claims that special adviser Jack Smith, who heads the prosecution, had been illegally appointed in his role and had no authority to raise the case.

Smith's team had strongly rejected the argument during hearings ahead of Cannon last month.
