He has said he has sometimes raised the ruling party's tendency to instrumentalise public media, adding that nothing can be done without the prime minister's knowledge, Albin Kurti.

Today, other media are being attacked by public television, for which we pay over 8 million of our taxes. Good news for journalism in Kosovo is the distance of RTK journalists from these ugly acts that only journalists are not. Free speech is the foundation of democracy. If free speech is violated, democracy for which generations have been sacrificed in Kosovo is violated.
