Haxhiu: Emergency session after Albulen Haxhi said Serbia has entered Kosovo prisons

Regarding Faton Hajrizi's case, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu said it is important that the escape of some who are being sought by responsible institutions in the Republic of Kosovo is taking place in one direction alone: that of Serbia's territory. Information of our bodies suggests that, on at least some occasions, these escapes have been created, organised, co-organised and facilitated by criminal groups linked to power structures on Serbia's territory. This organisation consists of providing guarantees that for such persons the territory of Serbia, criminal groups there, and certain levels of power, offer protection from the Kosovo Republic prosecution...”.
