It casts doubt on the authenticity of the news of Hajriz's murder.
“Through former spokesman for Slobodan Milosevic's party (SPS), now its chairman and Serbia's minister of internal affairs, Ivica Dacic, gave news that the fugitive from prison in Kosovo, Faton Hajriz, convicted of several serious criminal acts, has been killed. The information these days were controversial, so we can't know for sure whether he is really killed and whether he is killed in the territory of Serbia or Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including other important and necessary details for the investigation. There is definitely a need for extensive and deep investigation to whiteen the truth of this case”, Haxhi said.
Haxhiu stresses that cases of the escape of some from Kosovo prisons are doubled under the organisation of criminal groups linked to power structures on Serbia's territory.

“On the other hand, the use of the police's criminal murder act by the interior minister in Serbia as driving the legitimacy base to create the need for a counterattack against Albanians and their institutions, or to create a circumstance of equality with unmatched events in any dimension, is totally unacceptable and deliberate. This rhetoric of the Government in Belgrade is a warning for future events cooked in Belgrade, which have a clear chauvinist and ethno-political perspective”, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu added.
