In the SPS indictment, Bahhitari allegedly threatened murder witness 1, according to the indictment, he has threatened to kill the boy if he testified to The Hague.
“When witness 1 asked whether he or his son would be killed if witness 1 testified, BAHTIJAR responded positively”, Says in Exact.
In the unified prosecution indictment, former delegation Haxhi Shala and Sabit Januzi are also charged with obstructing justice management.
“Sic is defined below, at least between April 5th 2023 and April 12th 2023, SHALA, JANUSIA and BAHTIRIA, in co-ordination with one another and other individuals, co-ordinated as a group before and after personal approaches to the Witness 1 by JANUSIA and BAHTIRIA. In particular, with SHALA instructions, JANUSIA and BAHTIJARY met individually with witness 1 to push witness 1 to withdraw evidence or refrain from giving evidence in official procedures before DHSK. This behavior demonstrates SHALA's goal, JANUSIA and BAHTIJAR to undermine and prevent an official person from performing official duties”, said among other things in the indictment. /Telegrapher
