This is what Finance Minister Iron Murati boasted this week, saying such a transfer is possible for the first time after independence.
The CEC has confirmed this to Dukaagjini television, until it has shown the reasons why such tools have not broken up before.
And, former deputy governor Fatmir Gashi says the CEC has generated profits in the past, but the state budget, according to him, has not needed those means.
There's been a time when budget stability was good, there's no behind the budget need for those tools, and those tools are on the inside. Listen, it happens someday that the CEC has even lost can happen, and if the losses happen to be covered by these” reserves, former deputy governor Fatmir Gashi has said.
And former Economy Minister Haki Shatri says these tools are well spent on the state budget, except according to him, cannot be taken as a credit to the government because the CEC is an independent institution.
The Central Bank's “Bord decides to distribute, it may need to bring new technologies, or something else, but even if the excess then it's normal that was poured into the state's consolidation budget”, former Economy Minister Hakki Shatri said.
While the same stances with Gashi's Chatrin are not being shared by the CEC, the former head of the Kosovo Economic Ode, Berat Rukiqi, now part of the LDK.
He estimates that profit is normal when, according to him, over 700m euros are kept blocked and used by the government.
But, with that, Gashi disagrees, saying these tools have nothing to do with what Rukiqi has mentioned.
“The CEC creates its own revenues on the basis of jobs it has from the Commercial Banks, from insurance companies, from investments from those tools it has, the BQK does not handle capital investments, the CEC handles financial sector regulation”, Fatmir Gashi, Iszv, said. Governor of BQC.
The BQ's Neto profits total over 27m and 600 thousand euros this year.
