Ferizaj prosecution charges two people with narcotics trading

According to the prosecution's indictment “holds the suspicion that during the year 2023 to the 1501.2024, in Ferizaj, defendants deliberately and without authorization, in order to distribute, sell or offer for sale, substances or preparations that were pronounced by law as narcotic, in a way that during a search of the car “Meters S-Class<2> with passengers of the defendant A.M., in the village of Talinov of Muvars, Commouanz, by police officials, have been found in a search of the car “Who had made the order in Gjilan and the defendants had learned among themselves that this narcotic substance would go and take the defendant A. M, which was then sold to various users at Ferizaj”.

Also, defendants B.I., during check of the residence, were found and charged cash worth 61.61 euros, a small scale with inscriptions COSTANT, a bottle of inscription METADON, used and used syringes, aluminum speech, improvised bottles for the use of narcotics, with which, in co-ordination, they carried out criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and the authorised sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogue” by Article 267 paragraph 1 concerning Article 31 and 77 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code. ”
