With 61 votes for, no counter and no abstention, this law has been passed at today's plenary session.
At today's session, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has proposed the motion, where through the resolution it is obliged to withdraw from three bills. The opposition estimates that the bill for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, for the Independent Media Commission and for public officials is in conflict with the constitutional spirit in Kosovo.
That motion has not passed, for voting 23 MPs, against 53 and a abstention.
