In this Commission where it was discussed about the time dynamics of witness interviewing, Commission Chairman Shemsedin Dresaj presented the proposed draft, which was said to be launched with publishing houses.
You've all received a draft which is not final is the time to deal. This draft proposal was made by my side, along with the Assembly Administration. We're going to start with municipal departments, then with publishing houses and finally we've left the acters that were involved with the reason for this was to have enough time”, Dresaj said.

We've already agreed to start with interviews. Come Minister Arberie Nagavci and Hekuran Minister Murati”, Fyza has said.
MP from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Bekim Haxhiu, has said it is important to know when the Assembly goes on vacation, in order to determine the agenda of meeting with witnesses.
“Send invitations for their participation. Minimum ten days or two weeks before the ministers have been sent invitations when they are free to respond to the Commission. We have to make the list, not just for ministers, but for all the acters”, Haxhiu said.
VV deputy Mefail Bajqinovci proposes that as soon as the report is started on the Witness Commission.
We need to fix a schedule if we're going to go on break, start this cycle. Every week after the witnesses, if we keep going, we'll be stuck together during”, MP Bajcinovci has said.
While MP Armend Muja agreed with MP colleagues to start interviewing immediately.
“Dinamic of administrative instruction clearly explains how the process is going. Teams form negotiations with publishing houses, start angry acts followed by those who directly negotiated it, publishing houses, and finally with municipal directors, otherwise we don't have much time”, Muja said.
VV deputy Arber Rexhaj was not agreed to call the ministers first as witnesses.
It is pointless to interview others without taking the minister, I think it should start from the beginning. Without listening to the word of the ministers, where you stress doubts to the ministers”, Rexhaj has said.
