Meanwhile, from the Kosovo Privatisation Agency have said they have accepted information that tenants of gas stations under their management in northern Mitrovica and Zubin Potok are operating without license.
Through a media communique, The AKP has said that, along with ATK and the Central Market Supervision Inspectorate, it has proved that three stations of fuel are not equipped with licenses from MINT, and two are neither taxed.
“Today, along with the Kosovo Tax Administration and the Central Market Oversight Inspector, we are on the ground, where after visits and inspections, three gas stations are not equipped with licenses from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade, and two of them are neither taxed. This constitutes violations of rent contracts with AKP and Law No. 08/L-018 for Oil Product and Renewable Fuel Trade, thus affecting the safety of consumers and the environment. ”

Kosovo police today have assisted The AKP in releasing its spaces in northern Mitrovica and Zubin Potok, following confirmation that they were being misused by the derivative pumps that have avoided obligations to the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. The age of benefits and enrichment at the expense of the state and citizens is setting. To the state and citizens indiscriminately, we will do anything about the abusers facing the law. The violators of our laws and regulations, such as the Russian Gazprom's derar, have no place in the Republic of Kosovo.”, Svecla said.
