At Tuesday's meeting, The CEC said that this regulation defines the way of registration to vote from outside Kosovo, acceptance and obtaining postal shipments, proceeding and assessment of mail accepted apps, as well as other issues.
“According to the CEC, this regulation defines the way of registration to vote from outside Kosovo, acceptance and obtaining mail shipments, proceeding and evaluation of accepted apps via mail and electronic platforms, the process of confirmation and opposition, mail voting, the assessment of mail shipments accepted through mail, and voting under diplomatic representation”, KEC media spokesman Valmir Elezi has said of TIMEN.
