Bomb alert at Basel Airport, passengers evacuate

Basel Airport was evacuated after a bomb alarm Friday morning.

All flights were cut off, while workers and all staff had to leave the airport, reports 20 minutes.

The airport confirms that the terminal should be evacuated for security reasons following a bomb threat. The message is also posted on the airport site.

There are no megaphoons used, so you can't understand the police safety instructions,” reported in their announcement.
