Bislimi distributes video of Serbian prime minister saying “Serbia sėe has accepted Franco-German plan”

This statement has been distributed to the “X” deputy Kosovo Prime Minister Besnik Bilmini, saying Serbia's participation in the dialogue is false, only to avoid eventual sanctions.
