Berisha for Faton Hajriz: The prison system has failed, justice minister and prime minister should be investigated, as they are much in co-ordination with the positions of Dacic

Berisha said lessons should be drawn from this situation, as according to him, the Kosovo prison system and the justice system, a child, has turned into a criminal.

The first “must be learned from his arrest and the prison system in Kosovo. A child who may have committed a murder, but he was a minor. Even the Kosovo prison and justice system has turned a child into a criminal who has been convicted for years because of a higher crime that has come so far after he left prison and ends up killing a state official”.

“She is Serbia and we have reports of how we have them, but if she was killed elsewhere, I appreciate that the Government of Kosovo by official grade would have to apologise to that state that a fugitive from prison committed an act to”, Berisha said at “Info Magazine” tv

Furthermore, he said political leadership positions -- Minister Albulen Hadziu and Prime Minister Albin Kurti -- should be investigated, respectively.

The prison system has failed in this case and should investigate the positions of the political leadership, even the minister of justice and prime minister, and are very co-ordinating with the positions of Daciqi in Belgrade”.

“He tried to give political cootation and draw it out as a position of Pristina, while Haxhiu said Belgrade has organised the escape”, Berisha said.
