Arrested by a person for misusing his faith, took 24 thousand euros to victim

It is alleged that the same, with the aim of material gain, has misused trust in damaged L.G., so that it received authorisation to act on its behalf so that it can provide her father's financial means as a former political prisoner in Yugoslavia's prisons, where it required 20% of the total amount of compensation for the service.

“suspect B.K., allegedly managed to extract these financial means from the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, where the amount of about 24 thousand euros was deposited in his account, but the same had not informed the injured, although the same was constantly interested”, reported in the prosecution's announcement.

With these actions, he is suspected of carrying out the overestimated criminal work, and, within the Constitutional Prosecutor's legal term in Gjilan, will decide on the measure for the defendant's security in criminal procedure.
