14 years from International Court for Kosovo Independence ruling

Today it is 14 years long when the International Court of Justice at The Hague has announced the advisory decision, under which the declaration of Kosovo's declaration of independence has not violated international law. With 10 votes for and 4 against members of the International Court of The Hague had decided in favour of Kosovo, thus rejecting [the...] request.
With 10 votes to and 4 against members of the International Court of The Hague had decided in favour of Kosovo, thus rejecting Serbia's request for violations of international law.
The decision was read by the president of the International Court of Justice at the time, Hiassatio Owada.
Kosovo declared independence on February 17th 2008.
