One million and 586 thousand and 659 residents have Kosovo, according to the latest census, family economies and residences.. Of them, 795 thousand 45 are men and 791 thousand and 614 females.
This data has been presented today to Kosovo Statistics Agency Special Agent Avni Kastrati at a conference attended by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, ministers, mayors and ambassadors.
According to this census, the average age for 2024 is 34.82 (growing 4.85 years). The gender report has no changes. Men do.
The population of the group aged 16-64 now dominates the country.
The three most densely populated municipalities are Fushe Kosova, Mamusha and Pristina.

Kastrati said in northern Kosovo municipalities: Leposaviq, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and North Mitrovica, suffered a major boycott. He added that final results are expected to be published in December.
