Members of the trial panel engaged in the KDR, 400kg of Brazilian cocaine hearings cancelled

The annulment of this session was announced by the chairman of the court, Judge Musa Condzhel.
Members of the panel that have presented itself at previous hearings in this case are judges Valon Kurtaj and Valbona Musliu-Selimaj.
In this case, accused are company owner “M C# source files FOOD”, Izet Sheqiri and four others, Faton Vrajolli, Kadri Sheqiri, Candri beat and Fehmi Bytyqi.
Hyzri Sheqiri and Naim Morina were also accused along with them, but after reaching the plea agreement against them, the criminal case was set aside.
Otherwise, accused Hyzri Sheqiri after reaching the plea agreement with the Prosecutor has been sentenced to 7 months in effective prison for obstructing criminal procedure. The accused Naim Morina, on the other hand, has been sentenced to six months in prison for obstructing the criminal procedure.
This trial had changed the court, where Judge Arben Hoti has changed with Judge Valon Kurtaj, the Justice Vow reports.
In the indictment of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), in the case of sequencing 400kg of cocaine, charged are the owner of the company “M C# source files FOOD”, Izet Sheqiri, and six others, Faton Vrajolli, Kadri Sheqiri, Kadri Tundrim, Fehmi Bytyqi, Hyzri Sheqiri and Naim Morina.
Otherwise, “Justice Vow” has reported exclusively on the Prosecution File concerning this case, where the owner of the company “is accused. M C# source files FOOD”, Izet Sheqiri, as well as Faton Vrajolli, Kadri Sheqiri, Tranche, Fehmi Bytyqi, Hyzri Sheqiri and Naim Morina.
In this indictment, the prosecution has proposed that 400kg of cocaine, cars, weapons and about 26 thousand euros be confiscated.
