The trial for 180kg of cocaine: Witness says the accused had lent 17 thousand euros to build the house

In the case where Bashkim Kolshi is being accused of transporting 180kg of cocaine and money laundering, defence witness Besfort Kolshi has declared that the accused owed 17 thousand euros, when the latter had been building the house. Initially, witness Besfort said he is the son of the accused Union's uncle, reports “Battle for Justice”.
Responding to the Union's lawyer's questions, Kujtim Kreveshi, the witness said the accused had awarded the debt in 2011, when, according to him, he had been building the house in the village.
While, he said the accused Union had also worked in Germany for more than 20 years.
Similarly, witness Besfort said that even after 2011, there has continued to be good reports with the accused Union.
Yeah, right. We've had reports, we're a family meeting normal. Good reports always”, witness Besfort said.
Meanwhile, in prosecutor Merita Bina-Rugova's questions, witness Besfort said the accused in Germany has lived about 130km from him.
The same said that in addition to those 17 thousand euros, he had lent the same one several times, which, according to him, has been a small sum of 10,000 euros.
However, he said that 17 thousand euros is still owed to him.
While in the court's questions led by Judge Lutfi Shala, the witness Besfort stated that the money had been given “cash”.
Judge Shala found this to be the last witness to the defense.
As for managing material evidence, the court ruled that prosecutor Bina-Rugova was given time to present each of them in writing.
Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo on May 3rd 2023 has filed charges against the Union of Kolshi, which he accuses of transporting cocaine-type narcotics and money laundering.
