High temperatures in the country, Kosovo Mountain Salvation: Choose Bible activities carefully

It is said that increased caution is needed as a state of high temperatures is being dominated in our country.

“Lovers and mountain visitors! In recent and ongoing days, an abnormal state of high temperatures prevails over our country. Please choose carefully your brunette activities by avoiding exposure to the sun.” announced.

Mountain Peace Research Service has shown some of the things they should consider, like enough body hydration fluids, head covering, sunscreen against sunburn.

“Take sufficient liquids and hydrate your body before, during, and after activies in the mountains, accompanying it with needed minerals. Plan paths where water can be supplied, as well as proper clothing in adapting to temperatures: light, ventilation, and bright shades. Cover your head and neck with hats and sun cover as well as use sunscreen. Take frequent vacations while walking and choosing places in the shade. Plan walking routes based on risk management elements, access to the GSM network or SOS satellite.” Says at the end of the announcement.
