How the spies fell on AKI and Police, two former officials of these institutions speak

The former top inspector has shown the methods of how the Kosovar Agency for Intelligence falls on spies.

“AKI has a specialised structure that deals with counterspiration, there are people who collect information, have resources, and people with whom they cooperate. The information about me turned into an operational epilog, must be passed on some filters within the AKI that make the information's credibility classification”, Soopyan declared.

But when institutions can use secret measures, the former Kosovo Police investigators have explained.

“Information can be collected from different roads, such as police and AKI, later address information very carefully. Whenever there is suspicion based on committing a criminal offence, AKI and police have the right to use secret measures”, Rudari has said.
