Special Prosecutors bring charges against seven defendants for criminal acts linked to corruption

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment today at the Special Department of the Constitutional Court in Pristina against the seven defendants, as there is well-founded suspicion that the same committed criminal acts as follows:

For the defendant T.M. There's a suspicion based on having committed criminal acts. The Task Force from Article 425 paragraph 1 concerning KPRK paragraph 3, No.04/ L-082 and the falsification of documents from Article 390 paragraph 1 regarding KPRK paragraph 2.

For defendant A.O. There's a suspicion based on the fact that he's committed criminal acts. The Task Force from Article 4118 paragraph 1 concerning KPRK paragraph 3, No.06/ L-074 and the falsification of documents from Article 390 paragraph 1 regarding KPRK paragraph 2.

For defendant D.C. There's a suspicion that he's committed a false offense to documents from Article 390 paragraph 1 concerning paragraph 3 and about Article 31 of KPRK.

To defendants A.L. and F.A. There's a suspicion based on having committed criminal acts. Article 335 paragraph 1 on paragraph 5 and Article 31 of KPRK No.04/ L-082 and Misuse and Public Procurement fraud by Article 415 paragraph 2 regarding paragraph 3 and Article 31 of KPRK and criminal activity in co-ordination have carried out criminal work avoided tax from Article 307 paragraph 3 concerning paragraph 1 and Article 31 of KPRC.

Meanwhile, for the defendant G.H. There is doubt that he has carried out false documents regarding the tax from Article 308 paragraph 2 and 3 concerning KPRK paragraph 1.
