Pristina, June 11, 2024 The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina today, the Special Department, against indictees N.O.

For the defendant N.O. is a suspicion based on having committed criminal work “Attack on the official person” by Article 402 pars. 5 in terms of pars 2 and 1 and Article 31 of KPRK, as well as for criminal activity “The participation in the crowd performing criminal and hooliganism” by Article 404 par 1 related to KPRC's Article 31.
