Kosovo Special Prosecutorship has filed an indictment at the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina, 23 defendants A. F; K.G.; I. L; D. H; M.T. K; A.Z.; L.H., C. Q; F. H; M. ; K.C.; I.S. P; A.V. ; I. ; A. DH? E:L; A.M; K. ; E. R; Q:I; for the famous Call Center case.
According to the indictment, the defendants allegedly committed criminal acts during the 1920 ' s, 2021, with the aim of illegal material gain, with German nationals being misled through Call Centers Centers, investing in online platforms.
By the above actions the defendants allegedly committed criminal acts “The taking or organisation of the organised criminal group” by Article 277 regarding criminal work “Defeit”, “Clearing the money” and “
This case has been investigated by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo along with German authorities, exactly with the Public Prosecutor in Bamberg Germany.
