Sali Berisha loses Apelin, remains “grata” in Britain

Sali Berisha will continue to have access to Great Britain impossible.

The former president and former Democrat prime minister lost the appeal to “The Special Commission for Migration Appeal” in London, with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Mr. Berisha's lawyers tried without success to bring down on this commission, the British file through which Berisha was declared “non grata” on July 19th, 2022.

According to the British, the former prime minister was involved in corruption, intervened in justice affairs and having links to organised crime.

Top Channel, has secured the verdict and reports that the case judge has dismissed Berisha's claim that he enjoyed immunity and could not be punished in this way.
