Today in Banja Luka, a city under the administration of Republika Srpska, the Russian Federation Embassy office in BiH is opening.
Russian Federation Ambassador Igor Calabuhov will speak at the solemn ceremony, while Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov's video address is scheduled.
Following the singing of the Russian national anthem and the raising of the national flag in a sixm-high dam, the Office must be opened by Ambassador Calabuhov and Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik.
On the occasion of opening Russia's Office and Day, an official reception will be held in Banja Luka.
