There is a moment that has probably been given for the partial suspension of EU measures towards Kosovo, and thus will be used more optimistic approaches to the start of the negotiations round and talks that may be included, in my opinion, as a package that will be inclusive”, Rassic said.
The best way for a compromise solution and normalisation of relations, according to Minister Rassic, would be if Serbs were a technical part of the negotiations.
According to him “ky is essentially Brussels' biggest error”. And when it comes to creating association, Rassic believes that the model of its formation will be introduced on the part of foreign organisations working as advisers in the Brussels administration.
According to Rasiq “the most important thing is that Prime Minister Kurti has confirmed that the obligations that were taken over, which were signed earlier, Kosovo will be undertaken because international agreements have a weight greater than local laws, and therefore they should be respected, regardless of who is prime minister”.
