Republika President Bajram Begaj has called on his Moldovan counterpart, Maya Sandu, to review the stance on recognising Kosovo and to accept the latter's accession to international organisations as soon as possible.
Begaj has been at a face-to-face meeting with Sandu, where he writes through a publication in the social media X, the former Twitter, that it has been talked about European travel and where Albania supports Moldova's membership in the European Union.
Furthermore, it notes that he has urged his counterpart to recognise Kosovo and support its bid to be a full member of international organisations.
He also stresses that he has thanked the Moldovan president for his contributions to KFOR over the years.
