The court has decided that the application for assessing the constitutionality of the Supreme Parliament's decision has been submitted to the Court by Vlora Dumiti and eleven (11) other Kosovo Assembly deputies, based on authorisations specified in Article 113's paragraph 5 [Jurisdiction and Authorised Pals] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
A year ago, the Kosovo Assembly by 58 votes has dismissed Kimete Gashi from the position of member of the Procureing Organisation Board.
Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca found that 58 deputies have voted for, 1 against and two abstentions for Kimete Gashi's dismissal.
Glauk Konjufca and MP Eman Canman have abstained.
