The Podujevo Economic School's stoning ceremony postponed, the Commercial Court temporarily suspended the execution of the contract.

The Podujevo municipality has indicated that the foundation-building ceremony for the construction of the Intermediate Economic School object “isa Boletini”, in which the ceremony was prior to the participation of Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Education Minister Arberie Nagavci. 

The announcement states that the reason for this ceremony's postponement is a Comercial Court decision, which has temporarily suspended the execution of the contract regarding the construction of this facility.

The “Caltrata for the construction of the Middle Economic School facility is signed on May 27th. Meanwhile, even though the Commerial Court's decision was made on May 30th, the institution has never announced the Podujevo municipality with its decision.

This decision has been sent by the economic operator complaining to the mayor of the municipality's cabinet, speeding up Bulqi on Friday evening, but not by the Commercial Court”, the municipality's announcement said.

Furthermore, the procurement activity regarding the construction of this school facility was reportedly launched in the past year, and after reviewing the economic operator's complaint from the Procuration Bureau, this institution had made a decision through which it gave the economic operator with whom the Commission has been binding the contract.
