Pfeifer: Association is not a solution, internationals are favouring Serbia

Pfeiffer stressed that this association should not have executive competencies and that its role should remain cultural.

“I think the international community should step back and talk to Kosovars about the situation, how they see their country, the world, their problems, and how they should deal with Serbia.
