Two persons arrested in Pristina due to general risk

Two people in Pristina have been arrested due to the overall risk taking place in November last year on the “Fahri Fazliu” road in Pristina.

Police have announced that one of the detainees is 19 years old, while the other is 21, Klankosova is attending.tv.

“Today by officials from the Pristina Regional Police Directorate General Investigations Unit have arrested two people suspected of causing the overall risk occurring on 22.11.23 around 23:45, on “Fahri Fazliu” road in Pristina”.

“Arresting suspects; St. S, male, 19, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, K. S, male, 21, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, respectively, came as a result of the necessary operational-copic action company, under the investigative process of this case”.

As police are working to clear up the circumstances of the event, suspects with the authorisation of the state prosecutor have been initiated investigation into criminal acts “The cause of the General Danger”, from Article 356, as well as, “withholding unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 366. The same ruling on the detention of the suspected person released by the state prosecutor was sent to the 48 hours maintenance centre”, the police communiqué reportedly further.
