Commission Chairman Rzazarta Krasniqi has said these bills are not specifically regulated with EU legislation.
“Observation of the Bill on Change and completion of the Law on Notary, altered and complete with the Law with functional Commission amendments from the aspect of compliance with EU legislation. It is aimed at changing and completing notary. This bill does not specifically regulate with EU legislation”, she has said.
Krasniqi has said the draft law on changing and fulfilling the Law for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council is not specifically regulated with EU legislation.
She has added that not even an EU proposal and recommendation for the bill has been taken into account, for which she said she has received an e-mail from the EU office in Kosovo that have expressed concern.
“Observation of the Bill changes and completion of the Law for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, with amendments to the functional Commission from the aspect of compliance with EU legislation. This bill is not specifically regulated with EU legislation. Proposals and recommendations from the EU have been provided but are not taken into account by the funkyonal commission. I have an e-mail from EU Ambassador to Kosovo Tomáš Szunyog for failing to include EU proposals and recommendations”, she has said.
She has said that similar bills for roads, the one for the Security Council and the one for public officials are not specifically regulated with EU legislation. /EO
