Osman for expropriations North: Kosovo respects law, allies explain more in detail

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, during her visit to the town of Drenas, has been asked by reporters even about yesterday's QUINT response to some expropriations in the north of the Republic of Kosovo. Osmani has said that this issue should be analysed only in terms of respecting the laws and Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo [...]
Osmani has said that this issue should be analysed only in terms of respecting the laws and Constitutions of the Republic of Kosovo and also respecting European Court for Human Rights standards.
Osmani has said that since these expropriations are in line with the laws, Constitution and standards of the European Court, he supports any action that is in the interest of national security and citizens of Kosovo indiscriminately.
The issue of expropriation for each citizen should be analysed only in terms of compliance with law and Constitution. The issue of expropriations has certain rules, and these are determined not only by our laws but also by European Court for Human Rights standards.
While expropriations are in line with Kosovo's laws and the European Court Constitution and standards, as Kosovo president supports any action that is in the interest of national security and citizens indiscriminately”, Osmani has said.
The first goal of the state has said that maybe there is still room for communication between responsible institutions and partners to clarify in detail and ensure all that Kosovo has done is respect for European Court standards.
Osmani has said he sees a tendency to discriminate on ethnic grounds but simply respect the standards.
I believe there is probably still room for communication to be explained in detail from the institutions responsible to the partners, in order to make sure that all that Kosovo has done is to respect European court standards. I see a tendency to discriminate on ethnic grounds but simply respect standards.
Our job is to protect each citizen indiscriminately and protect every corner of Kosovo”, Osman is finished.
