Today in honour of the 25th anniversary of Kosovo's liberation, Kosovo's Security Force and police have been preceded in the streets of Pristina.
Former Secretary of Defense NATO, Lord George Roberson, said the non-action of international forces would allow the continuation of Milosevic's cleansing of Albanians.
“After 78 days of publication, we saw our target fulfilled. Milosevic's army left, NATO entered and refugees returned home. I am proud of what we did then, and proud to be here today, in multiethnic and peaceful Kosovo in the heart of Europe”, he said.
On June 12th 1999, NATO troops enter Kosovo, eventually releasing the country from the Serbian occupant.
