Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has launched an official visit to Kosovo this Monday, where he has held a series of meetings with the country's leaders. But with Kosovo's prime minister, no meeting is envisioned under his visit.

Analyst Imer Mushkolaj for “colds” between the two prime ministers of the two Albanian countries, has stated that there is not only one blame here, but rather there is a battle between the two prime ministers, as he added that their struggle is at least ideological and more of the struggle for political domination of any form.

This cooling is not the first, but it's gone like a flu or a bubble. There is nothing left but a cooling and we have seen in the past, the manifestation of confrontations between Kurti and Rama on various issues, especially issues related to Serbia, implementation of the agreement, or the manner of implementing Serb majority association and communities. In this report, it is but one blame, in the sense that it is a battle between the two prime ministers for at least ideological reasons and more of the struggle for political domination in any form. Particularly, in view of the rift of Prime Minister Rama, who has often managed to self-offer or propose solutions to problems that have not been welcomed by Prime Minister Kurti”, has declared Mushkolaj on the “Debat Plus” show.

He argued that this “cooling” of reports between the two prime ministers is not the first, as Albania's former prime minister, Sali Berisha, has had with former Kosovo president Ibrahim Rugova in earlier times.

“This issue is not new that depending on who was leader in Albania, there have been problems with leadership in Kosovo”, he said.
