“In six months will extend investigations against Hasan Dakaraj”

Four Kosovo citizens are currently in custody in Serbia. Among them is Hasan Daki. Hasan Daaj's lawyer, Dragan Llavovic, said six months of investigation is needed to establish the indictment.
He said that according to Serbia's laws, one year is needed for the promotion of the indictment, until he stressed that six months have now passed and six others remain.
<x) I can generally say that the proceedings for us are going well, the investigation is six months, according to law one year extends the investigation, should be active members in this proceedings, according to the law I believe these investigations will be conducted.
Up until years for these criminal acts, which are the most serious foreword to the longest prison sentence, investigations are limited to a year. Six months can last, it doesn't mean that if there are conditions, they can even stop and the indictment can be withdrawn if no evidence is found”.
