Panels at this conference will be Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama, Italy's former Prime Minister, Massimo Déma, UN Ambassador of the United States in Kosovo Jeffrey Havenier, President of the Spanish Academy for Life, Vincenzo Paglia, journalists Blendi Fevziu, Adriatic Kelmendi, Eugen Sarachini and Alush Gashi, founder and chairman of the Institute for Foreign Relations.

“The conference is held in honour of President Rugova's political heritage, as well as in honour of our allies who had an essential role in our worst hours. The confirmation of Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic orientation, as the Vulnerative belief of the people of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova's political heritage, remains the main goal of the Conference”, the report said.
