Latif the Albanian Football Federation: Have you seen the national flag burned by Serbian fans?

Blerim Latifi, university professor, wrote on Facebook Sunday that Serbian fans burned the Albanian flag in Germany, meanwhile, the Albanian Football Federation has applied for Serbia to host the European Championship for U-21.
