Krasniqi on Liberation Day mentions former KLA leaders in The Hague: Their War Never Stopd

“These 25 years have taught us that freedom is never guaranteed and cannot be taken as good, for which we must fight and protect it every day, to work hard and diligently for succeeding generations as an inheritance, and who knows this better than we do here, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi, Rexhep Selimi and your friends in The Hague, who have been fighting for almost four decades for freedom and protection of it”

And their fight never stopped, today we are in 2024, and they are already gray men, while their battle for our freedom is still continuing, these men are a living testament to the sacrifices and relentless efforts that require freedom and the state. We know that we will soon have them among us, so today on this marked day, for which each of them has contributed greatly, we send our congratulations and greetings to all the people of Kosovo, we tell them that you are the heroes of war and peace, and that no one with anything can ever change that truth. Krasniqi also thanked all those who have contributed to Kosovo's liberation, where he said without their sacrifice and blood, Kosovo would not be free.
