“...Preservative procedure judge Teuta Krusha, against defendants Bujar Basha, Besart Istrefi, and Leutrim Cakoli, suspected of having committed criminal work in co-ordination, robbery by Article 317 pars. 4 and defendants Trim Barak, due to suspicion based on having committed criminal work holding, controlling or unauthorized possession of weapons, deciding under the Constitutional Prosecutor Prizren proposal... was continued. For 2 (two) months”, the answer is made.
It says that this measure of suspects could last until June 30th 2023.
On the day of the robbery, it became known that one policeman was injured and another suffered injuries.
The amount of gold robbed is considered to be 250 thousand euros, a robbery that occurred after the day of November 22, 2023 at a jewelry store in Suhareka.
