Italian Ambassador and diplomat Antonello De Riu has said Serbia and Kosovo must solve problems through dialogue.

He said they should move forward with the draft proposed by the EU, as he said there have been no progress for months.

On the other hand, De Riu said that after that they should see what the Constitutional Court says, or there are risks for the country if this draft is delivered.
