Humolly Habit: Rugova has failed to manage the war

Independent MP Fatmir Humolli has declared that former President Ibrahim Rugova has failed to manage the situation during the war in Kosovo.

According to MP Humolli, President Rugova had not taken sufficient action to reinforce the war, bringing as an example the witness case that had been his driver and that had volunteered to bring weapons to the Kosovo Liberation Army with the president's car (UÇK).

We've had Rugova drivers now testify, when he was willing to go get weapons for the KLA, saying he's moving freely at the border and police are controlling our vehicle. He has estimated that a new institutional structure should be created at the time.

Hummol also mentions military training groups that were organized at that time.

It criticises the fact that some of these groups were not discovered, while the rest were revealed because of international pressure.

Regarding Zahir Pajazit and Adem Yasar, Humoll has stressed that they should not be regarded as soldiers but as politically conscious warriors.
