Hoxha has said the case is volume and complicated since it occurred in the north of the Republic of Kosovo.
He has said he doubts the commitment of Kosovo prosecutors and investigators.
Banjska's “Rast is a very volume that requires time, hard work and very big commitment. I doubt the prosecutor's commitment, or more prosecutors, and with serious crimes investigators working. I've got a chance to meet them. This volume case takes time.
He has further said that the Sédel Prosecution with reports of neither the EU nor the Government and that the moment they collect the evidence, they come out with charges.
Hoxha says publicing the details of the investigation undermines the process.
“Rasti is quite complex and must be prepared. And the prosecution stands down with reports announcing the Government and the EU, but they come out on charges when they collect evidence”, it added further.
Hoxha says the delay in preparing the indictment will positively influence it to be more volumeful and stable.
