Heavy murder in attempted, wife in court: Be fair, my case as of Liridona Ademi

Meanwhile, in Friday's case at the Pristina Court, L.J., continued giving testimony by answering the lawyer's questions, Armend Krasniqi, who defends accused Ekrem Shala.

Krasniqi presented him with a photo of the injury, asking if he knew the person.

The damaged man claimed that Astrit Sejdiu is currently an accomplice to the accused, Ekrem Shala, her former husband.

According to the injury, Sejdiu and Shala are planning to kill him.

L.J. said that in terms of Sejdiu and Shala's plan, meetings were held in Albania.

What does the prosecution's indictment say?

The indictment against indictees Ekrem Shala has been set up with 18,01,23, and he is charged with two criminal acts -- serious murder in attempted co-ordination and illegal weapons.

In this case, the accused was Ekrem Shala's brother, Sokol Shala, against whom the court had brought the prosecution's charge in his direction, in the phase of the controversy of the evidence, and requests for the drop of the indictment had been made.

These actions of Ekrem Shala had caused serious bodily injury to the woman.

This clash is not over, since the prosecution shows other details showing how the accused had already pulled out his weapon in order to deprive his former wife and family of life by firing four times in their direction.

With these actions Ekrem Shala is charged with the criminal offense with attempted murder and illegal possession.
