America's ambassador to Kosovo, Jeffrey Havenier, has again asked Kosovo and Serbia to implement obligations from the dialogue process.
However, in his speech at this year's Western Balkans Summit, Houvenier confirmed the importance that dialogue should end with mutual recognition.
We must engage collectively even in these political challenges. Especially for Kosovo, since I work here and live, we have a challenge to reposition relations with Serbia”.
And Kosovo must work together with Serbia to push ahead the agenda. Yeah. There are a series of American officials, including me, who spend a lot of time on the need for full implementation by Kosovo and Serbia of obligations that they have received through the process facilitated by the EU”.
The conclusion of this process should be mutual recognition between the two countries, because something less than that does not meet the vision we have for a full, free, prosperous and at peace”.
” either way given the possible instability that can follow”.
