Gun robbery suspect seized in Obilic in capital

Police spokeswoman Flora Ahmeti has confirmed the case.

She said the suspect fired a gun. AK-47 and that in an attempt to prevent robbery even a citizen has fired a gun.

“Today around 15:15, it was reported on a robbery case in a exchange case in the Tophane district of Pristina, with the suspect's case being fired at AK-47. In response to the suspect's shooting, in an attempt to prevent the robbery of a citizen has also fired”.

Ahmeti said the suspect, who is suspected of being wounded, has been arrested in Obilic.

After obtaining information, Pristina Police officials have appeared at the scene, have undertaken all necessary operational-copial measures and minutes after the case reporting, have managed to arrest the suspected person who is injured in Obilic. The same is due to injuries (was allegedly injured) offered to the necessary medical treatment”.

Ahmeti also stressed that police have seized the suspect's vehicle as well as an automatic AK-47-type weapon.
