Gresa Caka-Niman has been re-elected chairman of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.
Through a media report, Kosovo's Constitutional Court has indicated that judges have entrusted the leadership to even a mandate at the administrative session that has been held today.
At the administrative session held on June 5, 2024, in line with Article 114, provisions 5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the judges of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo have re-elected the current chairman of the Court, Mrs. Gresa Caka-Niman, for a second term at the helm of the Constitutional Court”, says the Constitutional Court's announcement.
On May 17th 2021, Gresa Caka-Niman was first elected chairman of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.
