The failure of a trilateral summit in Brussels, July 2nd as possible date for a new meeting -- all that happened yesterday in Brussels between Kurt and Vucciki

According to European Union Foreign Policy and Security chief Josep Borrell, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed no readiness to hold a trilateral meeting.

Borrell has also announced that Kurti has set three conditions for further engagement in the normalisation process.

Kurti's conditions for meeting with Serbia's president, according to Borrell, are BAR1. The basic agreement to be formalised with signatures by the respective heads of government. 2 The withdrawal of the letter of reservation deported by the former prime minister of Serbia on December 13th. 3. The surrender of Milan Radojici and his paramilitary terrorist group to Kosovo judicial organs.

Borell has said the positions of the two sides remain distant for implementation of the agreement.

He has warned that the two chief negotiators will be invited to Brussels next week by emissary Miroslav Lajcak.

Meanwhile, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti in his statement to the media after the meeting has indicated that the meeting between the two chief negotiators will most likely be held on 2 July.

The “will be proven in early July, most likely by two July, between the two chief negotiators to discuss the sequence, but implementation of the agreement is necessary to respect it”, Kurti said.

Kurti after the meeting in Brussels that the government has expressed its position on implementing the Basic Agreement, which was agreed on in February 2023.

Kurti to reporters also spoke of the conditions he presented to meet with Vucinqi.

Last time we had a trilate meeting was on September 14, last year... A lot has happened since Banjska happened, but even the letter of withdrawal from the basic agreement”, Kurti said.

Among other things, Kurti demanded the surrender of Milan Radojici.

We've protected the Base Agreement. It is under attack by no signing, the Brnabyk letter and the freedom of Radojici, which otherwise continues training in Serbia for new attacks”, Kurti said.

Vuciq announced through his account at the Instagram that during his meeting with Borrell and Lajcak, he insisted on forming the Association of Major Serb municipalities in Kosovo, but has also expressed commitment to continuing dialogue and <x0 peaceful resolution of the”.

He also said he mentioned all Kurti's unilateral actions “.
